I get a BSOD with the error code NO_MORE_IRP_STACK_LOCATIONS (35). What's that?

When network drives are being monitored, a BSOD may occur with the error code NO_MORE_IRP_STACK_LOCATIONS (35). This happens when multiple (over 3) filter drivers are installed, due to a shortcoming in one of Windows' drivers. A description of the cause, and a resolution for the issue, can be found in the following Microsoft KB article: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/906866.
